Thank you to everyone for making the Pimms and Pink in memory of Barbara Hastings another successful day. It only works because of you who play and your very kind donations, including from those who could not be there.
We had a fantastic turnout with 43 ladies playing. The scores were all amazing but the prizes went to:
3rd place Karen Lloyd, Karen Darby, Rosemary Corder and Evie Cicha
2nd place Angie Smith, Sharon O’Shea, Janet Hale, Diana Finnerty
WINNERS: Judith Gallagher, Jane Chatfield, Anne Harding, Sarah Copp
Nearest the line: Alison Smith
Closest to the pin: Karen Lewis
I would like to thank all the staff at Cuckfield for working so hard to look after us and I think everyone thought the ploughmans was just right for the occasion.
I also need to thank Clare for doing all the cards for me and making scoring on IG so easy.
Now to the important bit. Thanks to your generosity we raised an amazing £732 for the breast cancer charity. This included a £2 donation on the cost of the ploughman’s. I can’t thank you enough and I shall be sending our cheque off.
