What a busy December its been, here’s Dave talking about his Christmas clinic…..
The Gents Saturday Christmas clinic scramble took place on Saturday 11th December. As ever there was a great turnout and a full house. The day started with a lovely full English Cuckfield breakfast, washed down with Coffees, teas and tipples!
The Gents then headed out onto the course which was thankfully holding up very well considering the recent storm. A Team Texas scramble was the format of the day and the scoring was very very good.
The winners were the team of Bruce Somerville, Paul Arscott and Toby Edwards.
Runners up were, John Dale, Stuart Floyd, Tony Ferris and Ian Hicks.
The long drive winner was Ian Hicks
Nearest the pin was Andy Howarth
Nearest pin in 2 Pete Collins
The gents had a great day and were very complimentary about the food, course, staff and new clubhouse.
The day finished with the gents thanking David for all of his clinics and effort throughout the year. David in turn thanked them for their continued and unwavering support and enthusiasm for both himself and the Golf Centre.
