On Friday 10th December the Senior section of Cuckfield Golf Centre held their annual Fun day, Christmas lunch & yearly awards presentation. We started the day with coffee/tea & mince pies before heading out for our 9 holes of golf.
Sadly the golfing event was cut short due to an incident on the golf course. We did however continue with the day & all sat down to our Christmas lunch which was very tasty. Following this we had our yearly presentations.
- Monday roll up best average was won by, Ron Waggett.
- Friday roll up best average was won by, Mick Taylor.
- Friday roll up most improved player was won by, Mick Taylor.
The outgoing Captain, Bob Miles, was presented with a card & collection from the members of the Senior section. He thanked them all for their help & support over the last 2 years.
